가장 큰 우려를 낳았던 과세 당국의 세무 추징금 이슈 역시 철저한 위기관리를 통해 통제되고 있습니다. 당사는 적극적인 법적 대응에 나선 결과, 1차부터 3차 부과분에 이르는 모든 추징금에 대해 법원으로부터 집행정지 가처분 인용(승소) 결정을 이끌어 냈습니다. 이로써 본안 판결 시까지 강제집행 등 재무적 불확실성을 원천 차단하였으며, 향후 본안 소송에서도 회사의 이익과 주주 가치를 지키기 위해 끝까지 최선을 다할 것입니다.

첫째, 본업인 통신 사업의 글로벌 성장을 더욱 가속화하고, 6G 및 위성 통신 인프라 시장으로 과감히 진출하겠습니다.
현재 당사의 주력 사업인 안테나 부문은 북미 지역 최대 통신사인 AT&T향 5G 프로젝트에 안테나를 성공적으로 공급하고 있으며, 프랑스 파리와 이탈리아 로마의 지하철 통신망 구축 사업 등에도 특수 안테나 공급을 완료하며 글로벌 시장 점유율을 크게 높였습니다.
당사는 2025년 연결 기준 매출액 약 167억 원을 기록하며 전년 대비 28.2% 성장했습니다. 같은 기간 전체 영업손실은 약 18.5억 원으로, 전년 대비 적자 폭을 약 71.5% 축소하며 가파른 수익성 개선세를 증명했습니다.
이러한 실적 개선의 핵심 동력은 단연 압도적인 수출 성과에 있습니다. 2024년 33.6%였던 해외 매출 비중은 지난해 66%로 2배가량 상승하며 '수출 주도형 기업'으로 체질 개선에 성공했습니다. 특히 북미 지역 매출은 약 33억 원에서 약 96억 원으로 190% 이상 급증하며 외형 성장을 견인했습니다. 실적 턴어라운드의 일등 공신은 5G 등 차세대 통신 사업 부문으로, 별도 기준 영업이익 약 29억 원을 기록하며 흑자 전환에 성공해 회사 전체의 턴어라운드를 주도했습니다.
이에 더해, 오늘이엔엠은 다가오는 초연결 AI 생태계의 신경망을 구축하는 안테나 혁신 기업으로 도약하고자 합니다. 당사는 6G 특화망 기술력를 확보해, 진입 장벽이 높은 국방과 로보틱스 통신 인프라 분야로 사업 영역을 확장하여 새로운 고부가가치 시장을 선점하겠습니다.
둘째, 신규 사업인 '글로벌 게임 사업'을 통해 회사의 새로운 성장 동력을 확보하겠습니다.

First and foremost, we would like to offer our deepest apologies for the significant concern caused by the various internal and external issues recently surrounding our company. We also extend our profound gratitude to our shareholders for your unwavering trust and support, even during our most challenging times.
Thanks to your enduring patience and encouragement, we successfully submitted an audit report with an 'Unqualified' opinion from our external auditor for this fiscal year, officially removing the company from the 'Investment Caution' list. This milestone signifies that our financial soundness and operational stability are firmly back on track.
The tax penalty issue, which caused the greatest concern, is also being strictly controlled through proactive risk management. As a result of our aggressive legal response, we successfully obtained a court injunction to suspend the execution of all penalties imposed from the first to the third assessments. This effectively eliminates financial uncertainties, such as compulsory execution, until the final court ruling on the merits. We remain fully committed to protecting the company's interests and shareholder value in the upcoming main lawsuit.
Esteemed shareholders, Oneul E&M will not settle for merely escaping the caution list and resolving financial risks. We firmly promise that 2026 will serve as the 'first year of our leap forward,' showcasing a completely transformed company driven by fundamental structural improvements.
First, we will further accelerate the global growth of our core telecommunications business and boldly expand into the 6G and satellite communication infrastructure markets.
Currently, our core antenna division is successfully supplying antennas for the 5G project of AT&T, the largest telecommunications provider in North America. We have also significantly expanded our global market share by delivering specialized antennas for subway communication network projects in Paris, France, and Rome, Italy.
In 2025, we recorded a consolidated revenue of approximately KRW 16.7 billion, representing a 28.2% year-on-year growth. Over the same period, our total operating loss was reduced by about 71.5% to approximately KRW 1.85 billion, demonstrating a steep trajectory of profitability improvement.
The primary driver of this turnaround is our overwhelming export performance. The proportion of our overseas revenue doubled from 33.6% in 2024 to 66% last year, marking our successful transformation into an 'export-driven company.' Notably, our revenue in North America surged by over 190%, from KRW 3.3 billion to KRW 9.6 billion, leading our top-line growth. This earnings turnaround was spearheaded by our next-generation telecommunications division, including 5G, which successfully shifted to profitability with a separate operating profit of approximately KRW 2.9 billion.
Building on this, Oneul E&M aims to evolve into an antenna innovation leader constructing the neural network of the upcoming hyper-connected AI ecosystem. By securing core 6G specialized network technologies, we will expand into high-barrier sectors such as defense and robotics communication infrastructure, preemptively securing new high-value markets.
Second, we will secure a new growth engine through our 'Global Gaming Business.'
To solidify our future vision, we initiated our full-scale entry into the global 'iGaming' business, including online casinos, last year. To this end, we are strengthening partnerships with global game providers and actively pursuing the establishment of overseas subsidiaries and the acquisition of legitimate operating licenses. By combining the gaming industry with our existing capabilities in blockchain, we will create new value and revenue streams through an innovative business model.
Just as the ground hardens after the rain, Oneul E&M will use these past crises as stepping stones to emerge as a more transparent and fundamentally sound enterprise.
